Dr. Salvador is the President at the Society of Gynecologic Oncology of Canada (GOC). She Trained in advanced laparoscopic surgery in Vancouver.<\/p>\n
Dr Salvador is currently working at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal where she is including robotic surgical techniques in the treatment of gynaecological cancers.<\/p>\n
Her current research focuses on the molecular analysis of endometrial cancers.<\/p>\n

Dr. Jacob McGee is a Gynecologic Oncologist at London Health Science Centre in London.<\/p>\n
He completed his fellowship training at the University of Toronto after residency training in obstetrics & gynecology at the University of Ottawa.<\/p>\n
He has a master\u2019s in public health from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto.<\/p>\n
He is currently an Associate Professor in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Western Ontario.<\/p>\n

Mark Carey is a Clinical Professor in the Division of Gynaecologic Oncology, UBC. He completed his medical degree and Obstetrics & Gynaecology residency at the University of Western Ontario, a fellowship in Gynaecologic Oncology at the University of Toronto and McMaster University, and a research fellowship in the Department of Systems Biology at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Centre.<\/p>\n
He runs his research program through OvCaRe.<\/p>\n

George Gray is a Gynaecologic Oncologist who holds the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Queen\u2019s University.<\/p>\n
He is a member of the Division of Gynaecologic Oncology at the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario.<\/p>\n
He is Assistant Program Director for the Queen\u2019s University Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program. Initially trained at the University of Ottawa, he has been practicing in Kingston for 5 years in Gynaecologic Oncology and has been the Gynecologic Oncology Lead on the Kingston Health Science Centre\u2019s Robotic Surgery Steering Committee over that time.<\/p>\n

Dr. Danielle Vicus is a gynecologic oncologist at the Odette Cancer Center, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center.<\/p>\n
She completed her medical degree at the Ben Gurion University in Israel and went on to complete a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Sheba Medical Centre in Tel-Aviv, Israel.<\/p>\n

Dr. Helen MacKay is a Medical Oncologist and Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto.<\/p>\n
She is Head of the Division of Medical Oncology and Hematology at the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, and Senior Scientist at the Sunnybrook Research Institute.<\/p>\n
Dr. MacKay\u2019s research involves collaborating with translational and basic scientists in the development and validation of novel therapeutic strategies. She is the pas-president of GOC.<\/p>\n

Julie Nguyen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at McMaster University.<\/p>\n
She is an attending physician in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre (JHCC). She completed her residency and fellowship training at the University of Toronto.<\/p>\n
Upon completing a Masters of Science in Healthcare Improvement and Patient Safety, she has developed and published on several multidisciplinary perioperative improvement projects, including initiatives to decrease surgical site infections and thromboembolic events after Gynecologic Oncology surgery as well as an opioid stewardship strategy.<\/p>\n

Dr. Lesley Roberts is a Gynecologic Oncologist at the Durham Regional Cancer Centre in Oshawa, Ontario.<\/p>\n
She completed her medical degree at Queen\u2019s University and her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Dalhousie University. She then completed a Gynecologic Oncology fellowship at the University of Manitoba in 2020.<\/p>\n
She is currently enrolled in a Master\u2019s program in Health Economics, Policy, and Management at the London School of Economics.<\/p>\n

As Manitoba\u2019s dedicated Gyne-Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Christa provides compassionate, patient-centered care to women throughout all stages of their cancer journey. Christa currently serves as Director of Nursing on the Gynecologic Oncology of Canada Board of Directors, Co-Chair of GOC\u2019s National Nursing Committee, and the Canadian Association of Nurses in Oncology representative for the National BRCA+ Collaborative.<\/p>\n
She is passionate about hereditary cancer prevention and equitable access to gynecologic oncology care across Canada.<\/p>\n
